Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of medical virtual simulation experiment teaching platform in general surgery teaching.Methods This study was conducted from March to July 2021,120 cases of five-year medical students of grade 2017 were selected,and 120 cases were divided into two groups according to the principle of random grouping,with 60 cases in each group.And were given different teaching methods.One group adopted the traditional surgical teaching mode(traditional teaching group),the other group implemented medical virtual simulation experiment teaching mode(virtual simulation teaching group).Then,the teaching effect of two groups of students after different teaching modes were compared and analyzed,and the students'scores and satisfaction of two teaching modes were investigated.Results The general surgery basic theory examination results and clinical skills examination results in the virtual simulation experiment teaching group was higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);According to the questionnaire survey,the scores of students such as the learning interest,autonomous learning ability,deepening the understanding of theoretical content,practical operation skills and clinical thinking ability in the virtual simulation experimental teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);And the teaching satisfaction of the students in the virtual simulation experiment teaching group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group(83.33%),and there was big difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical virtual simulation experiment teaching platform in the teaching of general surgery which it helps to improve the overall teaching effect and teaching quality,and compared with the traditional teaching mode,it can improve students'interest in learning,exercise their practical skills,and improve their teaching satisfaction.
