摘    要:结果观察组出科理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩、综合能力评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对教学满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 目标教学联合双向评价有利于提高重症医学科实习护生教学效果、提升护生综合能力,有助于提高教学满意度和教学质量.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of goal-oriented teaching combined with two-way evaluation in improving nursing teaching in critical care medicine department.Methods 40 nursing students from March 2019 to November 2019 were selected as the control group,and 38 nursing students from July 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the Goal-oriented teaching combined with twoway evaluation.The scores of theory examination,operation examination,comprehensive ability evaluation and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The results of theoretical examination,operation test and comprehensive ability of observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Goal-oriented teaching combined with two-way evaluation is helpful to improve the teaching effect and comprehensive ability of nursing students in ICU department,and to improve teaching satisfaction and teaching quality.
