| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微创经皮肾取石术治疗输尿管上段大结石的临床疗效。方法:自2000年7月~2004年5月采用微创经皮肾取石术治疗输尿管上段大结石患者68例。结果:3例因为穿刺失败而改行开放手术,结石总取净率为95.6%(65/68),术中无大的并发症发生。结论:微创经皮肾取石术治疗输尿管上段大结石安全、高效,可替代开放手术和单纯输尿管镜取石术。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect of MPCNL in managing the massive proximal ureteral calculi.Methods:Clinical data of 68 cases of patients with massive proximal ureteral calculi treated by MPCNL between Jul,2000 to May,2004 were reviewed.Results:The total rate of stone clearance was 95.6%,and no severe complications were noted.There were 3 cases converted to open surgery for the failure of puncture.Conclusions:MPCNL for the massive proximal ureteral calculi is safe and effective,which can substitute the open surgery and ureteroscope. |
