| 摘 要： | 目的：对南沙参２种原植物进行品质评价，为临床应用提供依据。方法：对轮叶沙参和沙参进行了皂甙及氨基酸成分的比较研究。结果：两者在化学成分上基本相近，但轮叶沙参中总皂甙及氨基酸含量均高于沙参。结论：初步证实轮叶沙参的品质要优于沙参 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To identify 2 botanical origins of Radix Adenophorae.Method:To compare adenophora retraphlla with Adenophora stricra in their composition of saponin and amino acid.Result:They were similar in their chemical composition,but the content of saponin and amino acid in Adenophora tetraphylla was found to be higher than that in Adenophora stricta.Conclusion:Adenophora tetraphylla is better in quality than Adenophora stricta. |
