铜绿假单胞菌感染分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:了解本院铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)感染分布及其耐药性,为临床治疗铜绿假单胞菌感染提供参考。方法:回顾性分析住院患者分离铜绿假单胞菌的标本来源、感染科室分布及耐药情况。结果:分离出333株PAE中有175株来自痰液(52.6%),86株来自咽拭子(25.8%),40株来源于脓液(12.0%),分离的科室分别为重症监护病房占38.1%、呼吸科占29.1%、神经外科占12.3%;药敏结果显示:PAE对青霉素类、头孢菌素类、磺胺类有很高的耐药性,大部分耐药率在90%以上,而对碳青酶烯类、β内酰胺类及含酶抑制剂复合药有较低的耐药率,耐药率最低者是亚胺培南11.6%,其次是哌拉西林/他唑巴坦17.3%。结论:PAE分离株主要来自痰和咽拭子及ICU病房,并对多种抗生素均产生了不同程度的耐药,临床应根据其分布特点和药敏结果合理用药,以减少多重耐药菌的产生。

Analysis of infectious distribution and drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa

Abstract:Objective To investigate the infectious distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PAE), to provide reference for the clinical treatment of infection with PAE. Method The specimen source ,infectious department and drug resistance of PAE isolated from in hospital patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Three hundred and thirty three strains of PAE were isolated, 175 (52.6%)from sputum spoeimens,86 (25.8%) from throat mucus,40 ( 12. 0% )from pus. The proportion of these strains from ICU was 38. 1% ,from respiratory department was 29. 1% ,and from neurosurgery was 12. 3%. The result of drug susceptibility showed that Pseudo- monas aeruginosa had a high resistance to penicillin's,cephalosporin's and sulfanilamide's antibiotics, respectively ,most of which accounted for more than 90% and had a low resistance to carbapenem, β- lactamases antibiotics/inhibitor, the lowest was to imipinem ( 1 I. 6% ) and piperacillin/tazobaetam (17.3%). Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated comes from sputum and throat mucus and ICU mainly, present a different degree of resistance against multiple antibiotics furthermore. It is very important to use drug in the light of the distribution and susceptibility test,and prevent the occurrence of multidrug- resistant bacteria.
