医用消毒液细菌污染监测分析及对策

目的 通过对医用消毒液染菌量的监测与分析,发现存在问题,提出相应的改进措施.方法 倾注法检测消毒液染菌量,常规方法分离鉴定细菌.结果 医院消毒液使用中存在一定的细菌污染,污染率为2.52%,超标率为1.83%.污染细菌依次为革兰阳性杆菌及球菌、革兰阴性杆菌.某些消毒液污染率呈现季节性差别.结论 消毒液在配制及使用过程中有多种因素可能造成污染,应加强对消毒液采购、配制及使用各环节的监督监测管理,确保消毒质量及医疗安全.

Analysis and countermeasures of bacterial contamination monitoring of medical disinfectant

Objective To monitor and analyze the bacterial contamination of medical disinfectant and find out problems and measures of improvement. Methods The levels of bacterial contamination of disinfectant were detected with pour plate method. The species of bacteria were evaluated by routine method. Results There were certain bacterial contamination in medical disinfectant. The positive rate of contamination was 2.52% ,exceeding the limit by 1.83%. The isolated bacteria in count-down degree order were Gram-positive bacilli and coccus,and Gram-negative bacilli. The positive rates of some contamination were different in seasons in some disinfectants. Conclusion Many factors such as the process of preparation and using of disinfectant may cause bacterial contamination. Supervising and monitoring of purchase ,preparation and using of the disinfectant are very important to ensure the quality.
