柳州市女性性罪错人群梅毒发病情况分析

目的　探讨女性性罪错人群梅毒发病的影响因素。方法　对柳州市某妇教所近 4年来 1 636例女性性罪错人群的常规体检资料进行t检验、χ2 检验和Logistic回归分析。结果　柳州市收教妇女不同年份梅毒血清阳性检出率差异有非常显著性(χ2 =9. 161P<0. 001),以 2003年检出率最高 (18. 76% );不同地区梅毒血清阳性检出率差异有非常显著性(χ2 =12. 15,P<0. 001),以广西地区发病率最高;不同职业梅毒血清阳性检出率差异无显著性 (χ2 =5. 57,P>0. 05);不同文化程度梅毒血清阳性检出率差异有非常显著性(χ2 =16. 80P<0. 001);不同婚姻状况梅毒血清阳性检出率差异有非常显著性(χ2 =8. 73P<0. 001)。多因素Logistic回归分析中,年份、年龄、文化程度及籍贯被引入模型,说明他们是女性性罪错人群梅毒发病的有关因素(P<0. 05)。结论　年份、年龄、文化程度、籍贯、现职业、婚姻状况是女性性罪错人群梅毒发病的有关因素。

Analysis of Syphilis Prevalence Among Female Sex-related Offenders in Liuzhuo

Objective To explore factors that affect syphilis prevalence in female sex-related offenders.Methods Syphilis prevalence among 1636 female sex-related offenders was monitored in Liuzhuo city from 2000 to 2003.Data were collected and analyzed using t-test, χ2-test and logistic regression analysis.Results The significant difference in syphilis positivity rate was found among them from 2000 to 2003 and the highest rate was in 2003 and also among female sex-related offenders.and their age,place of birth,present job,education and marital status had significant impacts on different positivity rates was no significant difference in positivity rates in relation to their original Jobs.Conclusion It was the years of study,age,place of birth,job,education and marital status that affect syphilis prevalence among female sex-related offenders.
