| 摘 要： | 本文报告１０例胸膜间皮瘤，对其病因、临床表现和诊断方法进行了讨论。提出应根据临床表现，反复多次胸液检查瘤细胞及胸膜活检。Ｂ超和ＣＴ检查有助于早期诊断。

| Abstract: | cases of pleural mesothelioma are repotered; the cause, clinical manifestation and diagnostic method of this disease are discussed. It is proposed that the repeated examination of pleural fluid for mesothelioma cell and needle biopsy of pleura should be performed according to clinical manifestations. Two dimensional ultrasonography and computerized-tomography lend themselves to early diagnosis of this disease. |
