曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀对老年慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及NT-proBNP水平的影响

目的 探讨曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀对老年慢性心力衰竭患者心功能和氨基末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proB-NP）水平的影响.方法 72例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀,观察组在对照组基础上加用曲美他嗪,观察两组的治疗效果及治疗后患者心功能、NT-proBNP的变化.结果 治疗6个月后,观察组总有效率为86.11％,明显高于对照组72.22％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗后两组患者NT-proBNP水平及心功能等指标较治疗前均有显著改善（P＜0.05）,且观察组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年慢性心力衰竭,疗效较好,能降低血清NT-proBNP水平,明显改善心功能.

Influence of trimetazidine combined atorvastatin on heart function and the NT-proBNP level in elderly patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the influence of trimetazidine combined atorvastatin on heart function and the NT - proBNP level in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 72 eases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were divided into observation group and control group randomly, control group were treated with atorvas- tatin on the basis of conventional treatment, observation group were treated with trimetazidine on the basis of the con- trol group, treatment effect and the change of patients after cardiac function, NT-proBNP level were observed in two groups. Results After treatment for 6 months, the total effective rate of observation group was 86.11%, significantly higher than the control group＇s 72.22%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; after treatment, NT-proB- NP levels and cardiac function indexes in two groups were significantly improved than before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine combined atorvastatin in treatment of senile chronic heart failure, has good curative effect, reduce the serum level of NT - proBNP, improve cardiac function significantly.
