福利院唇腭裂孤儿的心理状况与生存质量

目的 了解福利院唇腭裂孤儿的心理状况与生存质量.方法 选取我福利中心50例唇腭裂孤儿为研究组,另外选取同期中心50例先天性心脏病孤儿为对照组,采用儿童自尊量表、儿童社交焦虑量表及WHO-QOL100量表进行心理状况与生存质量评定分析.结果 研究组儿童自尊量表得分明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）;儿童社交焦虑量表得分明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）;WHO-QOL100量表：总的生存质量与健康状况得分和心理领域得分明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 福利院唇腭裂孤儿存在更多心理问题,生存质量更低,需尽早给予心理干预.

The quality of life and the psychological status of orphans with cleft lip and palate in the welfare

Objective To observe the quality of life and the psychological status of orphans with cleft lip and palate in the welfare. Methods Selected 50 orphans with cleft lip and palate in our welfare as the research group,and another 50 orphans with congenital heart disease at the same period as the control group, analyze the psychological status and quality of life of them with Children Self-Esteem Scale （SES）,Social Anxiety Scale for Children （SASC） and WHO- QOL-100 scale. Results The SES score of research group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.01）;The SASC score of research group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.01） ;The WHO-QOL100 scale ： Overall quality of life and health status score and psychological domain score was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The orphans with cleft lip and palate in welfare, which have more psychological problems and lower quality of life, Need to be given the psychological intervention as soon as possible.
