微创经皮肾碎石与经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗输尿管上段结石对比分析

目的 探讨微创经皮肾与经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据.方法 回顾性分析2012年10月～2013年10月我院收治的150例输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法分为A组与B组,各75例,分别进行微创经皮肾与经尿道输尿管镜碎石手术治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效.结果 治疗后,A组患者的碎石成功率、结石清除率及术后并发症发生率分别为100.00％、97.33％与4.00％,与B组的60.00％、48.00％与16.00％相比,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在治疗结石位置分布于输尿管上段的患者中,与经尿道输尿管镜碎石手术治疗结果相比,微创经皮肾碎石手术更能够保证治疗效果,术后并发症更少,安全可靠,临床效果确切,具有临床推广价值.

The comparative analysis of minimally invasive percutaneous renal gravel and transurethral ureteroscopy gravel in upper ureteral calculi

Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous renal gravel and transurethral ureteroscopy gravel in the treatment of the patients with upper ureteral calculi and to provide a reference basis for the clinical treatment of patients with upper ureteral calculi. Methods The clinical data of 150 patients with upper ureteral calculi in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All of patients were devided into 75 cases of group A and 75 cas- ~s of group B, the patients of group A were treated by minimally invasive percutaneous renal gravel, while the and the patients of group B were treated by ransurethral ureteroscopy gravel,and the treatment effect of two group were com- pared. Results After treatment,the treatment success rate,stone-free rate and postoperative complications of A group were respectively 100.00% ,97.33% and 4.00% ,which were compared with those of 60.00% ,48.00% and 60.00% in group B, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the transurethral ureteroscopy gravel,minimally invasive percutaneous renal gravel used in upper ureteral calculi can enhance the treatment level of success and reduce the possibility of postoperative complications, it has high safety and reliability, and the clinical ef- fect is precise, and it has clinical popularization value.
