中山火炬开发区老年人慢性病相关危险因素调查

目的 调查中山火炬开发区社区老年人慢性病患病率及危险因素.方法 随机抽取于2013年8～10月在开发区医院健康体检中心进行了医学检查的60岁以上老年人800例,同时进行健康状况问卷调查,并对其慢性病的危险因素进行分析.结果 社区60岁以上人群患慢性病的比例占56.6％.其中不参加运动、每日食盐量＞6 g以及超重和肥胖的人分别占30.4％、45.8％、49.9％;经常吸烟占13.6％,经常饮酒占33.0％.结论 经常吸烟、喝酒、食盐摄入过量、锻炼较少、超重或肥胖等是本社区老年人慢性病的相关危险因素.

Investigation on relevant risk factors of elderly patients with chronic diseases in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone

Objective To investigate the prevalence rate and risk factors of the community elderly patients with chronic diseases in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone. Methods Eight hundred old people over the age of 60 years were randomly selected to receive medical examination in the physical examination centers of the Development Zone hospitals from August to October 2013. Meanwhile, questionnaire survey on the health status, and risk factors of chronic diseases were analyzed. Results The community population over the age of 60 years who had chronic diseases accounted for 56.6%. Among them, people who did not take exercise, whose daily salt intake was 〉 6 g, and who were overweight and obese accounted for 30.4%, 45.8% and 49.9%; Patients who smoked frequently accounted for 13.6% and people who drank frequently accounted for 33.0%. Conclusion Frequent smoking, drinking, excessive salt intake, little exercise, overweight or obesity are relevant risk factors of the elderly people with chronic diseases of our community.
