特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘

目的探讨特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将82例支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组41例，对照组采用常规药物治疗，治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上应用特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入。比较两组患者治疗前后症状、体征消失时间及肺功能改善情况，并比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率优于对照组（χ^2=4．2486，P〈0.05）；治疗组主要症状和体征消失时间均明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组患者肺功能指标均显著改善，治疗组改善情况优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入能够快速缓解支气管哮喘患者症状和体征，改善肺功能，提高临床疗效，可在临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment of bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 82 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 41 cases were in each group, the control group were treated with conventional drugs, the treatment group were treated with terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation based on conventional treatment. Compare symptoms, signs disappear time and lung function improvement of patients in two groups before and after treatment, and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The total efficiency after treatment of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （χ^2=4.2486, P〈0.05） ; the time of main symptoms and signs disappear in the treatment group were significantly less than control group （P〈0.05）;Lung function of patients in two groups after treatment significantly improved, the treatment group improved better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation can quickly relieve asthma symptoms and signs, and it can improve the lung function and the clinical curative effect, and it can be popularized in clinical application.
