摘    要:
目的:探讨Jy-Ⅱ脱钙液在骨髓活检中的应用。方法收集200例骨髓活检穿刺组织,选取其中150例采用Jy-Ⅱ脱钙液脱钙,同时选取50例采用5%的硝酸脱钙液脱钙做对照观察,脱钙后分别做HE染色、特殊染色(Go-mori氏网状纤维染色)和免疫组织化学染色(MaxVisionTM法CD38染色),观察Jy-Ⅱ脱钙液对骨髓活检组织结构的保存及染色情况。结果经Jy-Ⅱ脱钙液脱钙后骨髓活检组织结构保持完整,完整率达98.67%。镜下形态结构清晰,组织结构清晰率达100.00%,染色情况良好,脱钙时间短,为150 min。脱钙完全,效果好。经5%的硝酸脱钙液脱钙后的骨髓活检组织,结构保持不完整,完整率达60.00%,镜下形态结构欠清晰,清晰率达52.00%,染色情况欠佳,脱钙时间长,长达240 min,脱钙不完全,效果欠佳(P〈0.05)。结论 Jy-Ⅱ脱钙液效果明显优于5%的硝酸脱钙液,骨髓活检组织结构保持良好,操作简便,脱钙时间短,在脱钙过程中无需更换脱钙液,HE染色、特殊染色、免疫组化染色效果也较满意,实用性强,不失为一种良好的脱钙液,值得推广

Abstract:
Objective To explore the application of the Jy-II decalcifying solution in the bone marrow biopsy. Meth-ods Two hundred cases of bone marrow biopsy samples were collected. 150 cases had been decalcifie with Jy-II de-calcifying solution and at the same time selected 50 cases with 5% nitric acid decalcified solution decalcified contrast observation ecalcified contrast obserdecalcifying solutiovation. After decalcification, respectively do HE dyeing, special staining (Gomori's reticular fiber staining) and immunohistochemical staining method (MaxVision TM do CD38 dyeing). Jy-II of decalcified bone marrow biopsy tissue structure of the preservation and dyeing conditions were observed. Re-sults The marrow biopsy tissue structure organization which had been decalcified with Jy-II decalcified solution were protected well, the complete rate was 98.67%. The microscopic morphological structure was clear, the clear organiza-tional structure rate was 100.00%, and the dyeing conditions were good, decalcified time was shorter, of 150 min. The effect of decalcified was completed and good. The marrow biopsy tissue structure organization which had been decalci-fied with 5% nitric acid decalcified solution were protected poor, the complete rate was 60.00%. The microscopic mor-phological structure was not clear, clear organizational structure rate was 52.00%, and the dyeing conditions were bad, decalcified time was long for 240 min, the effect of decalcified was incompleted and poor (P〈0.05). Conclusion Jy-IIdecalcified effect is much better than that of 5% nitric acid calcium liquid. Bone marrow biopsy tissue structure is good. It is easy to operate, decalcified time is short, it doesn't need to change decalcified solution in the process of de-calcification. The effect of HE staining and special staining, immunohistochemical staining is also satisfactory. Its prac-ticality is very strong.
