| 摘 要： | 作者对81例发热病人进行随机分组对照观察。在无其它退热药物的干扰下,中药擦浴(组成:薄荷、柴胡、红花)疗效显著优于传统的酒精擦浴和温水擦浴(P<0.01),此方法见效快,降温幅度大,简便易行,无任何毒副作用。 |

| Abstract: | To evaluate the hypothremal effect of the sponge bath with Chinese herbs,81 cases with fever were used in a randomized block trial on the basis of no antipyretic interference. The main components used in Chinese herb bath are Herb Menthae, Flos Carthami and Radix Bupleuri. The results showed that the hypothermal effect of the Chinese herb sponge bath was significantly higher than either alcohol bath or warm water bath, respectively (P<0. 01). The advantages of this bath were rapid of effect, wide of hypothermal range, easy to use, its popularity and the safety . This method is worth for further research and popularizing. |
