| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自发性脑出血治疗中并发症的发生机制及有效预防措施。方法对86例自发性脑出血治疗中出现的并发症进行回顾性分析。结果感染37例,其中肺部感染17例,泌尿道感染8例,消化道感染6例,皮肤感染6例。心功能不全7例;肝肾功能不全12例;消化道出血13例;高血糖与水盐平衡失调14例;癫8例。部分病例有两个或以上并发症。结论对于自发性脑出血病人常出现严重的并发症,采取积极的预防与治疗措施是提高病人生存率、降低病死率,缩短住院时间及减少治疗费用的有效途经。
