全髋关节置换术后感染的处理

目的：探讨全髋关节置换术后感染的诊断与治疗。方法：8例全髋关节置换术后感染患者，男4例，女4例，年龄24－75（平均53．75)岁。术前及术中均行细菌培养及药敏试验。8例患者中单纯行抗生素治疗2例，清创加抗生素治疗2例，假体取出1例，一期假体置换2例，二期假体置换1例。结果：8例感染者均得到有效控制，平均随访8个月，未出现感染复发。结论：彻底清创和使用有效抗生素是治疗假体周围感染的有效方法。

Treatment of infected total hip replacement

Objectives:To discuss the diagnosis and therapeutic method of postoperative infection after total hip replacement. Methods:Eight cases of infected hip replacement, including 4 males and 4 females with a mean age of 53.75 years old ( from 24 to 75 years old ) were reported. Cultures and sensitive test before and during operation were both carried out. In 8 cases, antibiotic therapy was performed in two cases, operative debridement and prosthesis extraction were performed in one case, one stage revision was performed in two cases, two stage revision was performed in one case. Results:No evidence of postoperative recurrent infection was found in 8 cases with a mean follow up of 8 months. Conclusions:Operative debridement and antibiotic therapy is an effective method for treating postoperative infection after total hip replacement.
