227例妊娠合并梅毒患者发生不良妊娠结局的影响因素分析

目的探讨妊娠合并梅毒患者发生不良妊娠结局相关影响因素。方法收集2007年7月-2010年12月深圳市南山区内所建立的梅毒孕妇及其所分娩的新生儿的专项病历资料,对其中28例发生不良妊娠结局和199例正常妊娠结局患者进行巢式病例对照研究,对梅毒孕妇人口学特征和临床特征相关变量进行单因素和多因素分析。结果单因素分析显示梅毒孕妇的婚姻状况、就诊时TRUST滴度和是否有配偶以外的其他性伴与发生不良妊娠结局有关,多因素分析结果进一步证实梅毒孕妇婚姻状况（OR=4.111,P=0.019）和就诊时TRUST滴度（OR=3.233,P=0.015）与孕妇的妊娠结局相关。结论梅毒孕妇的未婚和离异的婚姻状况、就诊时TRUST滴度大于1：8是发生不良妊娠结局的危险因素。

Influencing Factocs of Adverse Pregnancy Outcome in 227 Pregnant Syphilis Patients

Objective To explore the risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcome in pregnant syphilis patients.Methods The clinical data of 227 pregnant syphilis patients in Nanshan District,Shenzhen were collected and statistically analyzed with test of single factor and logistic regression model of multivariate factors.Results Univariate analysis showed pregnant syphilis patients’ marital status,whether they had other sexual partner besides spouse and TRUST serum titer were correlated with the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome.Multivariate analysis confirmed that pregnant syphilis patients’ marital status(OR=4.111,P=0.019) and TRUST serum titer(OR=3.233,P=0.015) were connected with the pregnancy outcome.Conclusions The higher titer of TRUST serum(>1:8),premarital status and divorce are the risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcome in pregnant syphilis patients.
