| 摘 要： | 目的探讨nueropilin-1（NRP-1）在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测68例NSCLC及癌旁组织中NRP-1的表达,分析其表达与NSCLC临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 NSCLC组织中NRP-1阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织（P〈0.05）。NRP-1在NSCLC组织中的表达与肿瘤直径、P-TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关（P〈0.05）。结论 NRP-1过度表达在NSCLC发生、发展过程中起重要作用,可能与NSCLC发生侵袭和转移密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of nueropilin-1 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and its clinical value. Methods The expression of nueropilin-1 protein was detected with immunohistochemical SP plus non-hiotin technique in 68 cases of NSCLC and normal lung tissues.The relation between the expression of nueropilin-1 protein and the clinicopathological parameters of NSCLC was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of nueropilin-1 protein in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues(P<0.05).The expression of nueropilin-1 protein in NSCLC was closely related to tumor diameter,P-TNM stage and lymphnode metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusions Nueropilin-1 may play an important role in the oncogenesis and progression of NSCLC,and it may be closely correlated with invasion and metastasis of NSCLC. |
