摘    要:
目的了解呼吸道感染患者嗜肺军团菌(Lp1-Lp6型)及米克戴德军团菌(Lm型)抗体水平,以掌握深圳地区军团菌感染状况。方法收集医院呼吸道感染患者血清标本56份,采用微量凝集试验的方法,检测嗜肺军团菌(Lp1-Lp6型)及米克戴德军团菌(Lm型)的抗体效价。结果 56份呼吸道感染患者血清未检出嗜肺军团菌(Lp1-Lp6型)抗体阳性;检出米克戴德军团菌Lm型抗体阳性6份,阳性率10.7%。结论深圳地区存在米克戴德军团菌(Lm型)感染,对不明原因呼吸道感染患者应重视军团菌病原菌及抗体的检测。

Survey on Antibody Level of Leginella in Patients with Respiratory Infection

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the antibody levels of Legionella pneumophila(Lp1-Lp6) and Legionella micdadei(Lm),and to know about the status of Leginella infection in Shenzhen. Methods Microagglutination test(MAT) was applied to 56 serum samples collected from patients with respiratory infection to detect the antibody levels of Leginella pneumophilia(Lp1-Lp6) and Legionella micdadei (Lm). Results Among 56 serum samples,the positive rate of Leginella pneumophilia(Lp1-Lp6) was 0% and the positive rate of Legionella micdadei antibody was 10.7%(6/56). Conclusions The study proves that Legionella micdadei infection exists in Shenzhen.It is necessary to pay more attention to detecting the pathogens and the related antibodies of Leginella in patients with respiratory infection of unknown cause.
