30例新生儿败血症的临床分析及护理对策

目的通过对新生儿败血症的临床表现以及病发原因进行研究,分析其临床护理对策,为提高新生儿的抢救成功率及完善护理质量提供依据。方法选取湖南省人民医院2010年1-12月所收治30例临床表现为典型的新生儿败血症的患儿随机分为两组,每组15例,将其中一组设为对照组,临床治疗时给予常规的治疗护理方案;另一组设为研究组,临床治疗时在常规治疗护理方案的基础上加以抗生素药物以及免疫治疗护理,根据患儿的临床治疗效果分析两种护理方案的可行性。结果通过对两组新生儿败血症患儿临床给予两种不同的治疗护理方案观察其结果发现,研究组患儿的护理质量以及治疗成功率要明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论新生儿败血症虽然在临床表现时病情危险,但是只要能及时抢救并且根据患儿的具体情况给予最适合的治疗护理方案,对症下药,新生儿败血症也是可以治愈的,并且抗生素药物以及免疫治疗方案可以有效的改善患儿的临床症状。

Clinical Analysis of Newborns with Septicemia and Its Nursing Methods

Objective To study the clinical features,aetiological agent and nursing methods for newborns with septicemia,and to provide the evidence for improving the successful rescue rate of newborns and the quality of nursing. Methods Thirty newborns with typical manifestations of septicemia hospitalized in the People’s Hospital of Hunan Province from January to December 2011 were enrolled in this study.All the newborns were randomly divided into control group and study group(each n=15).The newborns in control group were received conventional nursing care,while the newborns in study group were additionally given antibiotics and immune therapy based on conventional nursing care.According to the clinical therapeutic effects,the feasibility of two nursing methods was compared between the two groups. Results Through observing the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups,we found that the nursing quality and the success curative rate of study group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Although the clinical manifestations of newborns with septicemia are severe,but it can cure through receiving timely rescue and the most suitable medication and nursing care;and moreover,antibiotics and immune therapy can effectively improve the clinical manifestations of newborns with septicemia.
