深圳市医务人员抑郁状况调查研究

目的了解深圳市宝安区医务人员抑郁状况并找出其影响因素。方法通过对深圳市宝安区医务人员随机抽样调查获得样本数据,通过单因素分析卡方检验和多因素Ordinal回归分析找出有意义的影响因素。结果共调查1 600名医务人员,有效问卷1 594份,有效率为99.63%。单因素分析显示性别、婚姻状况、职业、收入、每周加班时间、每周上晚班频率对焦虑的产生有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。Ordinal回归显示男性患抑郁症的概率为女性的0.89倍（OR=0.89）;医生患抑郁症的概率是药剂人员的1.35倍（OR=1.35）;随着收入降低,每周加班时间的增加、上晚班频率的增加,患抑郁症的概率随之增加。结论调解医务人员压力时应关注女性身心健康、考虑增加医务人员每月收入、减少工作量和工作强度,减少人均加班时间和上晚班的频率,增加人力资源。

Survey on Condition of Depression Among Medical Staff in Shenzhen

Objective To know the situation of depression in medical staff and find out its impact factors in Shenzhen. Methods Through random sampling questionnaire survey,collect the relative data,using and Ordinal regression analysis to find meaningful impact factors. Results Survey 1,600 medical personnel,collect 1,594 valid questionnaires,which the effective rate is 99.63%.Single factor analysis shows that the composition of the patients from the difference in sex,marital status,occupation,income,working overtime every week time,the frequency of evening tour,are statistically significant(P<0.05).Ordinal regression shows that women are more easily attacker by depression,doctors are more easily attacked by depression,and with the drop of income,the increase of over-working time,the increase of working frequency at night will increase depression. Conclusions Mediate medical personnel should pay more attention to women and consider improving the income every month,reducing the workload and working intensity,lessening the overworking time and the frequency,add human resource.
