亚胺培南/西司他丁对肺炎大鼠的免疫调节作用

研究亚胺培南／西司他丁（ＩＰＭ／ＣＳ）对肺炎大鼠的免疫调节作用。采用气管内注入感染法建立肺炎克雷伯氏菌肺炎模型，按临床治疗剂量折算出大鼠等效剂量，连续７ｄ腹腔注射ＩＰＭ／ＣＳ及阿米卡星（ＡＭＫ），活性取材测定免疫指标。

Immunomodulating effects of imipenem/cilastatin in pneumonic rats

To study the immunomodulating effects of imipenem/cilastatin (IPM/CS) and amikacin (AMK) in pneumonic rats. The male wistar rats were infected with Klebsiella pneumoniae species by the intratracheal peroral routs. IPM/CS and AMK were adiministered at therapeutic doses intraperitoneally for 7 days and several immunologic parameters were measured. IPM/CS enhanced the number of CD 3 and CD 4/CD 8 value. The phygocytosis of macrophages was increased by IPM/CS. The weight of organs (thymus and spleen), B cell density in the germinal centre of splenic follicles, ADCC and ACP activity of the macrophages, PMN CL had no significant alteration in IPM/CS group. IPM/CS and AMK could promote or restrain the immune response of T lymphocytes and macrophages in pneumonic rats, respectively.
