坐骨神经火器伤后神经元凋亡与脂质过氧化反应

摘    要:目的 了解火器性周围神经损伤后神经元凋亡与脂质过氧化反应的关系。方法 采用火器性坐骨神经损伤模型,通过流式细胞仪检测神经损伤后脊髓细胞凋亡,通过丙二醛(MDA)含量与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性检测脊髓组织的脂质过氧化反应。结果 伤后1、3d、1、2周的凋亡细胞百分比分别为1.4%、2.7%、7.8%、4.4%;火器性神经损伤后1d SOD即有明显增高,至2周左右达最高峰。MDA则在伤后2周内呈持续性增高的趋势。结论 火器性坐骨神经伤后的脂质过氧化反应是神经元凋亡的重要原因之一。

Abstract:Objective To study the relation between neuronal apoptosis and lipid peroxidation after sciatic nerve injury caused by firearm. Methods In the model of sciatic nerve injury caused by firearm, the apoptosis of the neurons in injured spinal cord were detected by using flow cytometer, and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismufase(SOD) were determined by using biochemical analysis. Results The percent of apoptotic cells on day 1, day 3, week 1 and week 2 after nerve injury were 1.4%, 2.7%, 7.8% and 4.4% respectively. The activity of SOD obviously increased on the first day after nerve injury and the content of MDA also increased during 2 weeks after nerve injury. Conclusion The lipid peroxidation after sciatic never injury caused by firearm is one of the important factors for neuronal apoptosis.
