尿路感染病原菌分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的探讨尿路感染病原菌分布及对抗菌药物的耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法回顾性分析2007-2009年医院尿液培养阳性的239株病原菌的种类和耐药性。结果 239株病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,占66.1%,最常见的是大肠埃希菌,占51.1%,其次为肺炎克雷伯菌,占7.9%;革兰阳性菌以肠球菌属为主,占13.8%;真菌为10.5%;革兰阴性杆菌对氨苄西林、庆大霉素、磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶的耐药性>60.0%,对亚胺培南100.0%敏感;革兰阳性球菌对头孢唑林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、红霉素、青霉素、阿奇霉素等的耐药性>70.0%。结论大肠埃希菌是尿路感染病最常见的病原菌,尿路感染病原菌对常用的抗菌药物耐药性较高,常为多药耐药;加强病原菌检测及耐药性监测,对指导临床合理用药,减少多药耐药菌产生,降低尿路感染率具有重要意义。
