| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胫腓骨开放性骨折外固定架针眼相关感染的病原菌种类及其对常用抗菌药物耐药谱,为临床和医院感染管理提供资料。方法回顾性调查77例胫腓骨开放性骨折外固定架固定后针眼相关感染患者,术后感染病原菌的分布及耐药性。结果培养出病原菌52株,病原菌分布依次为大肠埃希菌、褪色沙雷菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;产ESBLs13株,占62.21%,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌3株,占45.53%,耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌2株,占53.09%,万古霉素和亚胺培南仍具有较好的抗菌作用。结论胫腓骨开放性骨折,外固定架针眼相关感染问题值得高度重视,对耐药菌株应严密监测与控制。 |
