摘    要:
目的:探讨方丝弓托槽片段弓技术对外伤脱位牙固定疗效与脱位牙个数关系。方法:选择外伤性脱位牙患者45例112颗牙(不完全脱位牙、无冠根折及牙槽骨骨折,基牙正常、连续),依据脱位牙个数分成2颗以下组、3颗以上组,采用片段弓技术进行单颌固定,时间6周;记录外伤、固定状况。结果:两组患者牙齿在临床疗效、牙周指标方面有显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论:片段弓技术对两个以下外伤脱位牙固定疗效确切。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the application of segmented arch technique on the stabilization of dislocation teeth caused by trauma and the relationship between such effect and the number of dislocation teeth were analyzed.Methods 112 traumatic distraction or dislocation teeth of 45 case(incomplete dislocation teeth,had no crown,root or alveolar bone fracture,adjacent teeth normally and continuously)treated with segmented arch technique for 6 weeks.All cases were treated in the same procedure,but their data were recorded into 2 groups by the number of distractive teeth:group 1 as less than 2 teeth loosing,and group 2 as more than 3 teeth loosing.Results Significant difference were obtained in fixation effect and periodontal index between each group(P0.01).Conclusion Satisfying effect could be achieved by segmented arch technique on traumatic dislocation teeth with less than 2 loosing teeth.
