米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效观察

目的:观察米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年1月至2013年1月在南京大厂医院门诊经妇科检查及B超诊断为子宫肌瘤的患者110例,于月经来潮第1天开始服用米非司酮片,每日1次,每次12.5 mg,连续睡前服用3个月,测量用药前后子宫及子宫肌瘤体积与血清雌二醇(E2)及孕酮(P)水平,并进行比较。结果:治疗后患者的子宫及子宫肌瘤体积明显减小,雌二醇及孕酮水平均明显下降,与治疗前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中无严重不良反应发生。结论:米非司酮可使子宫肌瘤体积明显缩小,降低血清雌二醇及孕酮水平,可作为子宫肌瘤保守治疗或术前用药的理想选择。

Clinical observation of mifepristone for the treatment of uterine fibroid

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone for the treatment of uterine fi- broid. Methods： 110 patients with uterine fibroid diagnosed by gynecologic examination and B-ul- trasound from January 2011 to January 2013 were chosen. They were given mifepristone from the first day of menses, once a day, 12.5 mg per time before sleep, lasting for 3 months. Volume of uterus and fibroid, levels of E2 and progesterone before and after treatment in two groups were measured and compared. Results： Compared with before treatment, volume of uterus and fibroid of patients after treatment were reduced, levels of E2 and progesterone after treatment were lowered obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no severe adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion ： Mife- pristone could reduce the volume of uterus and fibroid, lower the levels of E2 and progesterone. It may be an ideal choice for expectant treatment or preoperative medication of uterine fibroid.
