去甲肾上腺素与山茛菪碱对孕鼠胎盘血流灌注影响的实时超声造影评价

摘    要:目的 应用超声造影测定去甲肾上腺素与山莨菪碱对孕鼠胎盘血流灌注影响的参数,分析血管活性药物作用后的胎盘血流灌注变化.方法 随机选取健康SD孕鼠60只,分为对照组、去甲肾上腺素组和山莨菪碱组,每组20只.应用造影连续对比脉冲序列技术,经鼠尾静脉快速团注SonoVue造影剂(1.0 ml/kg),利用灌注定量分析软件分别测量胎盘与子宫肌壁两个感兴趣区的时间-强度曲线和相关参数:造影剂到达时间、达峰时间及峰值强度.并应用Sonoliver软件计算胎盘造影剂达峰时间曲线下面积.结果 对照组、去甲肾上腺素组与山莨菪碱组的造影剂到达时间、达峰时间组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).去甲肾上腺素组的峰值强度低于对照组,山莨菪碱组的峰值强度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).去甲肾上腺素组造影剂达峰时间曲线下面积小于对照组,山莨菪碱组大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 造影连续对比脉冲序列技术可以敏感地反映血管活性药物作用后的孕鼠胎盘血流灌注变化.

Abstract:Objective To observe the perfusion parameters of placenta in pregnant rats with noradrenaline and anisodamine injection by contrast - enhanced uhrasonography, and to analyze the changes of placental blood perfusion after vasoactive agent treatment. Methods Sixty pregnant rats were divided into control group, noradrenaline group and anisodamine group with 20 animals in each group. The SonoVue contrast media ( 1.0 ml/kg) was injected into vena caudalis in rats by contrast pulsed sequencing technique. The time - intensity curves of placenta and uterine muscle wall were drawn by software ACQ, and perfusion parameters were calculated, including arrivel time( AT), time -to -peak(ITP) and peak intensity (PI). The area under peak time curve of placenta contrast agent was calculated by software Sonoliver. Results There was no significant difference of AT and TTP among three groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The PI in noradrenaline group was lower than that in control group, while the PI in anisodamine group was higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The area under peak time curve of contrast agent in noradrenaline group was smaller than that in control group (P 〈 0. 05 ), while the anisodamine group was larger than that in control group, there was significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Contrast pulsed sequencing technique can reflect the change of placental blood perfusion after vasoactive agent treatment.
