老年原发性高血压患者糖脂代谢变化的研究

目的 探讨老年高血压患者糖和脂代谢的变化。方法 对83例老年高血压和142例非高血压人群进行口服75g葡萄糖耐量试验,同时测定血胰岛素、血脂和腰臀比值。结果 与非高血压人群相比,高血压患者糖耐量异常和糖尿病和肥胖发生率、空腹和餐后2小时血糖、空腹和餐后2小时胰岛素及甘油三脂明显升高(P<0.05),胰岛素敏感指数和高密度脂蛋白降低(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压患者是糖脂代谢紊乱的高危人群,应加强监测。

Study on the metabolism changes of glucose and lipid in elderly patients with primary hypertension

Objective To investigate glucose and lipid metabolism changes in elderly patients with primary hypertension. Meth ods Oral 75g glucose tolerance trial was carryed out, also serum insulin, lipid and ratio of waist / hip measured in 83 elderly patients with primary and 142 subjects who had normal blood pressure. Results Compared with subjects who had normal blood pressure, the prevalence rates of imparied glucose tolerance, diabetes and obesity, levels of fasting and postprandial 2 hour blod glucose, levels of fasting and postprandial 2 hour insulin and triglyceride increased significantly, whereas index of insulin sensitivity and level of HDL - chlesterol decreased markedly in elderly prtients with primary hypertension , P < 0. 05. Conclusion elderly patients with primary hypertension are the high-risk people for abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism.
