摘 要: | 目的观察鼠神经生长因子对一氧化碳中毒续发脑病患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响及治疗效果。方法所有患者于入院后随机分为治疗组(29例)、对照组(27例),治疗组在基础治疗时加用鼠神经生长因子t8Ixg(〉9000AU),肌肉注射,1次/次,30d为1疗程。所有患者在入院时、治疗10d、30d,均应用简明痴呆量表进行评定(MMSE),并检测血浆NSE、NO水平。结果治疗10d时,治疗组NO水平较治疗前上升(P〈0.05)。治疗30d,治疗组MMSE评分、NO水平上升,NSE水平下降,与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P〈0.01);对照组MMSE评分、NO水平升高较治疗前上升(P〈0.01),NSE水平较治疗前无下降(P〉0.05),两组间MMSE评分、NSE、NO水平比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论鼠神经生长因子可保护一氧化碳中毒续发脑病患者神经元,改善智能。

Effect of mouse nerve growth factor on levels of NSE and NO in patients with delayed encephalopathy after CO poisoning |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of mouse nerve growth factor on the levels of neuron - specific enolase (NSE) and nitric oxide(NO) in patients with delayed encephalopathy after CO poisoning. Methods All patients were randomly divided in to treatment group ( n = 29 ) and control group ( n = 27 ). Basic treatment were implemented in two groups while mouse nerve growth factor 18ug( 〉9000AU ) ( intramuscular injection, once a day, 30 days for treatment ) was added to treatment group. MMSE was evaluated before treatment, 10 day and 30 day after treatment. Meanwhile the levels of NSE and NO were determined. Results The levels of NO of treatment group increased (P 〈 0. 05 ) 10 day after treatment. MMSE and the levels of NO of treatment group increased and the levels of NSE decreased 30 day after treatment, and the differences were significantly( P 〈 0. 01 ). MMSE and the levels of NO of control group increased( P 〈 0. 01 ) after the treatment, there was no difference of the levels of NSE(P 〉0. 05). The differences of MMSE, NSE and NO of two groups were significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 )/Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor can protect the neuron of patients with delayed encephalopathy after CO poisoning and improve intelligence. |
