| 摘 要： | 目的：了解米索前列醇用于晚期妊娠引产的有效性、安全性。方法：选择83例有引产指征的晚期妊娠妇女，随机分为两组，42例用米索前列醇引产，41例催产素引产。结果：米索前列醇引产的有效率为95．24％，显著高于催产素组73．17％（P＜0．01）；剖宫产率为2．50％，显著低于催产素组20．00％（P＜0．05）；两组新生儿窒息发生率无显著差异（P＞0．05）。结论：米索前列醇用于足月引产能有效缩短产程和降低剖宫产率，是一种安全有效的引产方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the validity and safety on late abortion by misoprostol.Methods:Eighty three patients were divided randomly into two groups:Misoprostol group and Oxytocin group.Results:The effective rate of Misoprostol group was 95.24%.It was higher than that of Oxytocin group(73.17%) ( P <0.01).The rate of cesarean section was 2.50%,the difference was significant( P <0.05) between Misoprostol group and Oxytocin group.There was no difference of newborn asphyxia between Misoprostol and Oxytocin group ( P >0.05). Conclusion:Misoprostol is more effective in shortening labour time and reducing the rate of cesarean section. |
