黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的：观察黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的疗效。方法：62例患者分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予甲钴胺口服，治疗组给予黄芪桂枝五物汤口服。结果：治疗组总有效率为87.5%，优于对照组的66.7%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；治疗组感觉神经传导速度（SCV）、运动神经传导速度（MCV）改善情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗DPN疗效显著，尤其对于“尊荣人”体质患者，优势明显。

Clinical observation on treating peripheral neuropathy in diabetes 2 with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction

Objective：To observe effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods： 62 patients were divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was given mecobalamine, the treatment group was given Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction. Results：The total efficacy rate was 87.5%in the treatment group, more than 66.7%in control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）;sensory nerve conduction velocity （SCV）, motor nerve conduction velocity （MCV） in the treatment group were better, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The curative effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of DPN was significantly, especially for the“Zunrong Ren”, have obvious advantages.
