补肾化瘀通络法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的：观察补肾化瘀通络中药对糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法：将符合标准的92例患者按入组先后顺序平均分为两组。对照组采用西医治疗，治疗组加用补肾化瘀通络中药治疗，以黄芪桂枝五物汤合六味地黄丸加减。两组均连续治疗90d。观察患者中医证候积分和神经病变积分改变情况。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.96%、67.39%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在常规西医治疗基础上联合中医补肾化瘀通络法，可显著降低DPN患者的中医证候积分和神经病变积分，临床疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Clinical observation on treating DPN by Bushen Huayu Tongluo therapy

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Bushen Huayu Tongluo therapy on treating DPN. Methods：92 patients were divided into two groups in order, the control was given western medicine, the treatment was given TCM. TCM syndrome scores and neuropathy points in two groups were recorded and compared. Results： The total efficacy in two groups was 96.96% and 67.39%respectively. Conclusion：TCM has a better effect, can obviously reduce TCM syndrome scores and neuropathy points.
