通阳活血化痰汤配合针灸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

目的：观察自拟通阳活血化痰汤配合针刺膻中、内关穴对冠心病心绞痛的治疗作用。方法：选取我院就诊冠心病心绞痛患者92例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用自拟通阳活血化痰汤配合针灸进行治疗，对照组采用冠心苏合丸治疗，比较两组总有效率的差异。结果：治疗组心绞痛疗效显效23例，有效15例，无效8例，有效率82.61%，心电图疗效显效18例，有效15例，无效13例，有效率71.79%，对照组：显效17例，有效11例，无效18例，有效率60.87%，心电图疗效有效率52.17%。治疗组有效率明显高于对照组。结论：通阳活血化痰汤配合针灸膻中、内关穴，治疗冠心病心绞痛有明显疗效。

Clinical observation on treating CHD angina with Tongyang Huoxue Huatan decoction plus acupuncture

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Tongyang Huoxue Huatan decoction plus acupuncture at Danzhong and Neiguan, on treating angina of coronary heart disease. Methods：92 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control;patients in the treatment were treated by Tongyang Huoxue Huatan decoction plus acupuncture, and other patients were given Guanxin Suhe Wan, then the efficacy in two groups was compared. Results： In the treatment group, as to angina pectoris, 23 cases were marked effective, 15 cases were effective, 8 cases were invalid, and the efficacy was 82.61%; as to electrocardiogram, 18 cases were marked effective, 15 cases were effective, 13 cases were invalid, and the effective rate was 71.79%. In the control group, 17 cases were marked effective, 11 cases were effective, 18 cases were invalid, and the effective rate was 60.87%. The efficacy of electrocardiogram was 52.17%. The efficacy in the treatment was obviously higher than that in the control. Conclusion： Tongyang Huoxue Huatan decoction plus acupuncture at Danzhong and Neiguan, were effective on CHD angina.
