西医联合柴芍六君子汤加减治疗乙肝后肝硬化腹水64例临床疗效观察

目的：评价西医联合柴芍六君子汤加减治疗乙肝后肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年3月-2013年7月铜陵市立医院和我院收治127名乙肝后肝硬化腹水的患者，随机分为两组，其中观察组64例，选用常规西医治疗联合柴芍六君子汤加减治疗，对照组63例，选用常规西医治疗，观察并比较两组患者的腹水吸收情况和治疗前后肝功能、HBV-DNA变化情况。结果：观察组腹水吸收情况优为54（84.4%）例，良为9（14.1%）例，差为1（1.6%）例；对照组腹水吸收情况优为50（79.4%）例，良为7（11.1%）例，差为6（9.5%）例，两组腹水吸收情况比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组肝功能各指标改善程度远远大于对照组， HBV-DNA 降低情况例数多于对照组，两组肝功能恢复程度和 HBV-DNA 应答例数比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：西医联合柴芍六君子汤加减治疗乙肝后肝硬化腹水的临床疗效好，肝功能恢复快，值得在临床上予以推广。

Clinical observation on treating 64 cases of hepatitis B after liver cirrhosis by western medicine plus Chaishao Liujunzi decoction

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment of liver cirrhosis with ascites by western medicine plus Chaishao Liujunzi decoction. Methods：127 hepatitis B patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 64 cases was given conventional western medicine plus Chaishao Liujunzi decoction, the control group of 63 cases was given conventional western medicine. The absorption of ascites, HBV-DNA changes situation and liver function before and after treatment in two groups were observed and compared. Results：Ascites absorption in the observation, was 54 （84.4%） cases were excellent, 9 （14.1%） good and 1 （1.6%） poor by rating, while in the control, 50 （79.4%） cases were excellent, 7 （11.1%） good, 6 （9.5%） poor. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the case of improvement of liver function index and HBV-DNA descent were more than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Western medicine plus Chaishao Liujunzi; decoction had good effects with faster recovering time, was worthy of promotion.
