针刺治疗在中风痉挛性偏瘫中的疗效观察

目的：探讨针刺治疗中风痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法：将我院2011年1月-2013年4月收治的190例中风痉挛性偏瘫患者随机分为两组，每组95例，其中对照组采取常规康复训练治疗，观察组在康复训练基础上采取中医针刺治疗，比较两组患者经治疗后的临床疗效。结果：两组患者治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），两组患者治疗后FMA与 BI较治疗前均明显提高，治疗前与治疗后比较差异显著（P〈0.01），但观察组较对照组上升更为明显，两组治疗后比较差异显著（P〈0.01）。观察组治疗总有效率高达92.63%，对照组为73.68%，观察组明显高于对照组，两组比较差异显著（P〈0.01）。结论：对于中风痉挛性偏瘫患者采取中医针刺治疗疗效显著，能明显改善患者的痉挛程度、运动能力及日常生活能力，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating stroke spastic hemiplegia by acupuncture

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for stroke spastic hemiplegia. Methods：190 stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups of 95 cases, in which the control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy, the observation group take TCM acupuncture therapy more. Results：The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant （P＆gt;0.05）, two groups of patients after treatment than before FMA and BI were significantly increased before treatment and after treatment with a significant difference （P〈0.01）. However, the observation group than the control group increased by more obvious difference between the two groups after treatment significantly （P〈0.01）. Total efficiency in the observation group of 92.63% was significantly higher than the control group of 73.68%, the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：For stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia significant effect of TCM acupuncture treatment can improve spasticity patients, exercise capacity and daily living skills, worthy of clinical application.
