| 摘 要： | 目的:调查湖北省天门市第一人民医院住院患者抗菌药物应用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取我院2009年1—12月出院病历,每科室40份共840份,对抗菌药物的应用情况进行统计分析。结果:本院住院患者抗菌药物使用率为73.2%,其中预防用药占63.4%,治疗用药占36.6%,标本送检率为62.6%,合理用药率为65.0%,联合用药率为12.7%。使用频率较高的品种为头孢呋辛钠、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠、头孢噻吩钠。结论:我院抗菌药物的应用还存在许多不合理现象,必须采取措施进一步规范抗菌药物的应用。 |
