| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生情况及相关因素,促进我院合理用药。方法:对我院2008年4月—2009年12月收集的445例ADR报告进行统计、分析。结果:445例ADR报告共涉及134种药品,静脉滴注是引起ADR的主要给药途径(84.49%);抗微生物药发生ADR最高(47.19%);中药注射剂引起的ADR在所有中药制剂中最多(82.35%);临床表现主要为皮肤及其附件损害(17.08%)。结论:加强ADR监测,减少或避免ADR的发生。
