2009—2010年药品不良反应报告回顾性分析

目的:了解湖北省京山县人民医院药品不良反应(ADR)的表现及其特点,促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院2009—2010年收集的360例药品ADR进行回顾性分析。结果:ADR损害几乎涉及机体的各系统,最多累及系统为神经系统(33.61%);静脉给药引发的ADR例数最多,占81.39%(其中抗感染药占38.5%,中药制剂占11.39%)。结论:临床应合理应用抗微生物药及中药制剂,慎重选择给药途径,加强ADR监测及相关知识宣传,减少或避免ADR的发生。

ADR Case Reports During the Period of 2009-2010: A Retrospective Analysis

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the manifestations and characteristics of the adverse drug reaction（ADR） reported in Hubei Jingshan County People’s Hospital so as to promote clinical rational drug use.METHODS： A total of 360 ADR cases collected in our hospital during the period 2009-2010 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS： Almost all the body systems were involved in the ADR lesions,mostly the nervous system（33.61%）.The ADR was mostly induced by intravenous administration（81.39%）,of which,anti-infective drugs accounted for 38.5% and Chinese traditional medicine preparations 11.39%.CONCLUSION： Clinical rational use of antimicrobial drugs and Chinese traditional medicine preparations and cautious choice of route of administration should be emphasized,moreover,ADR monitoring and publicity of the related knowledge should be strengthened so as to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
