| 摘 要： | 目的:分析北京市石景山医院抗糖尿病药的临床应用现状和发展趋势。方法:通过我院的药品信息管理系统提取2008—2010年我院抗糖尿病药的使用数量、金额等数据,采用金额排序法和用药频度排序法(DDDs)进行统计和分析。结果:3年来我院抗糖尿病药的销售金额持续增长,且增长率较高。口服抗糖尿病药中销售金额排序前2位的始终是阿卡波糖和二甲双胍,且同步性较好。结论:我院抗糖尿病药的使用呈快速增长趋势,用药基本合理。
