环孢素血药浓度监测及其临床意义

摘    要:
目的:监测肾移植患者环孢素(CsA)血药浓度,探讨其临床意义。方法:458例肾移植受者术后口服CsA达稳态时,用荧光偏振免疫分析法(FPIA)测定其全血CsA浓度。结果:随着移植肾存活时间的延长,CsA治疗浓度水平呈逐渐下降趋势。结论:每个患者的病情、用药情况都不尽相同。监测CsA血药浓度时必须结合患者的实际情况作具体分析,及时调整用药方案,确保正确地指导临床合理用药,提高治疗水平。

Abstract:
OBIECTIVE: To monitor blood concentration of cyclosporine(CsA) in renal transplantation recipients and discuss its clinical significance.METHODS: The whole blood concentration of CsA in 458 renal transplantation receivers who received oral CsA postoperatively was determined by Fluorescence Polarization Immunoassay(FPIA) when CsA concentration reached steady state.RESULTS: The blood concentration of CsA decreased as the increase of the survival time of the graft kidney.CONCLUSION: The state of illnes and med...
