| 摘 要： | 目的:调查分析抗菌药物的使用情况,分析评价其发展趋势及合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用我院药剂科计算机管理软件系统检索2008—2009年抗菌药物的出库数量、金额,应用限定日剂量法分析抗菌药物的使用情况。结果:我院抗菌药物用药金额增长率低于用药总金额的增长率,抗菌药物的应用中,头孢菌素类、其他β-内酰胺类、氟喹诺酮类一直占据前3位,且呈现增长趋势。结论:应多方并举加强抗菌药物管理,合理使用抗菌药物,提高临床抗感染治疗的效果,减轻患者经济负担。
