| 摘 要： | 目的:了解桂林市漓东社区老年慢性病患病情况及用药现状,为研究促进老年慢性病合理用药提供工作切入点。方法:采取整群随机抽样入户面谈的方法,对漓东社区户籍的年龄≥65岁常住老年人中慢性病患病情况及用药现状进行调查和统计分析。结果:526名老年人中患各种慢性病者249例,总患病率为47.34%;所有慢性病患者均正在服用药物治疗,同时服用药物品种数平均为4种;服用抗高血压药和心脑血管系统用药的有178例,占71.49%。结论:老年慢性病用药品种多,社区医务人员应重视老年慢性病用药,把用药安全作为老年慢性病健康管理的一项重要内容,对慢性病患者开展药学服务工作,促进合理用药。 |
