| 摘 要： | 目的:了解地区性二甲综合性医院药学技术服务工作现状,分析存在的问题,为卫生行政管理部门医院药事管理决策提供参考。方法:通过实地查看各种药学技术服务工作制度和记录,调阅相关医疗文书,了解药学人员情况和药学技术服务工作开展情况,分析存在问题的原因,提出对策。结果:该地区二甲综合性医院中药学人员学历普遍较低,大多数药学技术服务工作未能很好地开展,结论:二甲综合性医院药学技术工作亟待提高,各级卫生行政管理部门须给予重视,加强医院药事管理,提高药学技术服务水平。
