| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对癌症化疗患者恶心呕吐的影响。方法将90例进行化疗的癌症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组45例,对其进行分散注意力、饮食护理、深吸气后屏气训练、保持口腔卫生等方式,观察对比他们的恶心呕吐发生情况。结果两组患者恶心呕吐的发生率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论癌症患者在使用化疗药前、用药期间及化疗后实施护理干预,可有效的预防或减轻恶心呕吐。 |
