摘    要:目的 研究PTTG基因在乳腺癌表达的临床病理意义。方法 应用原位杂交 (DNA RNA)技术检测 66例人乳腺癌、2 7例乳腺小叶增生及 5 4乳腺正常组织中PTTGmRNA。结果 PTTGmRNA在乳腺癌、乳腺小叶增生和乳腺正常组织阳性率分别为 71 2 % (4 7/66)、5 1 9% (14 /2 7)和 11 1% (6/5 4) ,乳腺癌和乳腺正常组织之间有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,乳腺小叶增生和乳腺正常组织之间也有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;PTTGmRNA的表达与淋巴结转移无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 PTTG基因的过度表达可能参与了人乳腺癌的发生发展过程

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship between expression of PTTG gene and oncogenesis in human breast carcinomas (BRCA). Methods: Situ hybridization(DNA?RNA) was used to detect the expression of PTTG gene in 66 cases of BRCA. Results: The positive rates of PTTG mRNA were 71 2%(47/66) in BRCA, 51 9%(14/27) in breast lobule hyperplasia tissue and 11 1%(6/54) in breast nomal tissue. The expression rate of BRCA and breast lobule hyperplasia tissue was significant higher than that of breat normal tissue(P<0 05). No significant correlation was found between the expression of PTTG gene and the metastasis of lymph node(P>0 05). Conclusion: Over?expression of oncogene PTTG may be related to human breast carcinogenesis.
