论针刺量效关系

针刺量是一个综合范畴,针刺操作所致的针刺量应包括进针方向、进针深度、具体施术手法的选择、施术所持续的时间、留针时间的长短等因素。根据传统针灸理论,不同的针刺量会对针灸的效果产生影响,大量现代研究也证明了针刺量效关系的存在,因此在针刺随机对照研究中针刺量的选择是否合适会影响试验的结果。针刺量效关系的研究能够提供解决此类问题的途径,并提高针灸研究的可重复性和科学性,使针灸临床和实验研究更紧密的结合起来。

The quantity-effect relationship of acupuncture

The quantity of acupuncture is a complexity from needling manipulation including direction and depth of needle insertion; the type of manipulation（ such as lifting manipulation and twirling manipulation） of acupuncture; the duration; needle-retaining time and so on. The quantity of acupuncture had potential influence on the effect according to the acupuncture theory of Traditional Chinese medicine. Many modern researches also demonstrated that the quantity-effect relationship of acupuncture was existence. So the quantity of acupuncture applied in study was optimal or not would influence the result of acupuncture study. The research of quantity-effect relationship of acupuncture could solve the problems of optimal quantity and improve the repeatability and scientific of acupuncture study,which closed connective the clinical and experimental acupuncture study.
