| 摘 要： | 目的观察亚低温联合去大骨瓣减压术治疗大面积脑梗死的疗效。方法回顾分析22例亚低温联合去大骨瓣减压术治疗大面积脑梗死的病例设为观察组,另选择23例去骨瓣减压术后未采取亚低温治疗设为对照组,比较两组患者的临床效果、及预后。结果观察组患者的存活率以及预后高于对照组。结论亚低温治疗与去大骨瓣减压术均是治疗大面积脑梗死的有效手段,亚低温联合去大骨瓣减压术治疗大面积脑梗死可以提高患者的生存率以及预后。

| Abstract: | Objective Observation of curative effect of mild hypothermia therapy combined to decompressive craniotomy on massive cerebral infarction.Methods 22 patients with massive cerebral infarction treated by decompressive craniotomy combined to mild hypothermia therapy were selected as the observation group,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Another 23 patients treated by decompressive craniotomy only were selected as the control group.The clinicaleffect and survival quality and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group of patients survival rate and prognosis is higher than the control group.Conclusion Mild hypothermia therapy combined to decompressive craniotomy could reduce mortality rate and improve quality of life for patients with massive cerebral infarction. |
