国产辛伐他汀对颈动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用

目的探讨国产辛伐他汀(京必舒新)对颈动脉粥样硬化的疗效与安全性。方法将62例颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为2组。国产组31例给予国产辛伐他汀治疗;对照组31例内服进口辛伐他汀。2组患者均连续用药2 a。治疗前后采用高频超声及彩色多普勒超声观察颈动脉结构及血流状态,测定颈动脉内膜—中层厚度(IMT)、血脂各参数,并与同期选择的30名健康人做对照分析。结果2组患者经辛伐他汀治疗1 a,颈动脉IMT开始变薄(P<0.05),2 a治疗后显著变薄(P<0.01)。用药后6,12,24个月血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均显著下降(P均<0.01);组间比较,2组患者治疗后颈动脉IMT、血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C)均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。治疗期间未见国产辛伐他汀引起严重不良反应。结论国产辛伐他汀可作为治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的一种有效而安全的药物。

Therapeutic effect of domestic simvastatin on carotid artery atherosclerosis

Objective It is to approach the therapeutic effect and safety of domestic simvastatin on treating carotid artery atherosclerosis.Methods 62 cases of carotid artery atherosclerosis were randomly into two groups: the domestic simvastatin group(31 cases) was treated with domestic Simvastatin;the control group(31 cases) was treated with imported simvastatin.The course of treatment was 2 years.Changes of carotid structure and blood flow in patients of domestic group and control group were observed by high-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler floe imaging.The intima-media thickness(IMT) of carotid artery and blood fat index in patients were examined before and after treatment,and compared with 30 health people.Results The IMT of carotid artery began to become thinner significantly having been giving simvastatin in one year(P<0.05) and two years(P<0.01).The average levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were lowered significantly(P<0.01) after treatment 6 months,12 months and 24 months.IMT of carotid artery and the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C after therapy in two groups were similar.No serious adverse effect was found in treating with simvastatin.Conclusion Domestic Simvastatin is an effective and safe drug for treating of carotid artery atherosclerosis.
